Preparation and Shipping

Orders are prepared by us and shipped from our Parisian stock as quickly as possible. If certain products are out of stock, shipments may be split. We will inform you of this situation. We work with the Post Office services for our shipments: Colissimo and Colissimo International are our partners. You will receive by email all the tracking information for your shipments.

Collection in store

You can collect your products from our store in Saint-Germain-des-Prés – 1 rue de Furstemberg, Paris 6, Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. You can also collect your products from our store located at 46 rue de Turenne, Paris 3, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Delivery Tips

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we advise you to have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace for example) or to ensure that someone can receive the package for you ( your concierge for example).

Customs duties and other possible taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. ARTY DANDY will not be required to pay these costs nor manage any customs detention costs or return of goods. It is up to the buyer to check the conformity of the products with the regulations in force in the receiving countries.

Returns

Return Conditions

The means of return are at the initiative, convenience and expense of the customer. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The maximum return shipping date is the 15th day after receipt. The products must be in good condition and in their original packaging, without any traces of use. After receipt and verification that these conditions are respected, ARTY DANDY will reimburse the amounts collected for the returned items. If these conditions are not met, no refund will be possible. The customer will remain the owner of the product, which he can collect at the ARTY DANDY store located at 1 rue de Furstemberg, 75006 Paris, within a maximum of 6 months.
