The Chausse-mouton company has been manufacturing its slippers and charentaises by hand since 1930, respecting French tradition in its workshop in the Dordogne. The tartan print is THE sign of recognition of traditional Charente style. The ecru BALMORE model is a modern version of the great classic Scottish print.

And to achieve this quality, the manufacturing is nestled in the essential details: a felt sole with a non-slip coating, manufactured on special machines, sewn and not glued to guarantee durability and comfort.
