Vintage Sports cultivates happy nostalgia by bringing iconic clothing from sporting heritage up to date. We like the attention given to details and the quality of the materials and finishes at Sports d' époque (the manufacturing is done in Portugal).

Charles RIGOULOT, the most prestigious weightlifter of the interwar period, won the light heavyweight gold medal in 1924 in Paris. Powerful, stocky, this colossus with exceptional measurements (132 cm chest circumference, 52 cm neck and 47 biceps!!) will then collect world records and enthuse crowds fascinated by his Herculean robustness. In 1926, when he triumphed over Ernest Cadine, his main competitor, the wild spectators, who came in large numbers to admire him, awarded him the title of the strongest man in the world . During the war, his strength allowed him to twist the bars of his cell, helping his comrades to escape! Unfortunately, they were taken back the next day...
